SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out promptly.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Please note:
• Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday
• We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, House of Honey Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience an issue after shipment, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
RETURNS
We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• No visible signs of wear (perfume, makeup, deodorant, etc)
• All original tags must still be attached
If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be sent back to you.Customers are responsible for:
• Return shipping costs
• Providing their own return label
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size, please return your original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the desired size.
